This place was clean and close to many popular trailheads. FairPlay is a small town, but had several restaurant options and a substantial grocery store. We had a couple of issues that came up and the host was quick to respond. We had a group of 14 and the house was large enough to accommodate everyone, without feeling crowded. Some of the furniture had some wear, but it was comfortable. The lack of a working coffee pot was inconvenient. The host brought K cups for the Kurig, but with lots of coffee drinkers, it took a long time for everyone to get their morning cup. Some more food storage containers would also be helpful. I would give the house 4.5 stars, but that isn’t an option. I would certainly stay here again.

Great views!

Wonderful place to getaway for family. Really neat location for hiking, biking, fishing, skiing, 4 wheeling, hot springs, and relax on the deck. We liked so much that our family rented it for next August.

The beds were comfortable, the comminucatuon with the host was great and the location was beautiful. That said rhe cabin left a bit to be desired. There were visible cobwebs
