Loved this location, pool was great, condo was clean and had laundry in unit. Would come back!

Everything went very well, we just expected the units to be connected or at least right next to each each other since it was listed as a penthouse.

Helpful and responsive customer service

Stay was just ok. The units were separate from each other which was difficult to understand from the pictures. We thought they were side by side or connected by a door but there were multiple units in between the two which made it hard for our group to be together. The pool was much smaller than it appeared. The location was further from broadway than advertised and there were many, many homeless on the street and around the building. We didn’t really feel safe walking around by ourselves so we ended up ubering more than we wanted and used the electric scooters to get around which added extra cost. The rooms weren’t exactly clean and we only had two towels total per person for our stay so we had to do laundry while we were there. I never leave bad reviews, and this wasn’t terrible, but I was less than impressed for the price. We won’t stay here again.
