A lovely welcome from Beppe on arrival- who doesn't speak much English but it's absolutely fine. They are such a friendly and welcoming couple. They send you recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. We were very happy they were able to accommodate early check in as it was a lifesaver! Beautiful garden to relax in, right in the centre of Palermo which feels very unique and special. Lots of seats and tables amongst fruit trees and fragrant plants/ herbs. The location was excellent- right near Capo market which was very handy and it felt very central for everything we wanted to do. It's about 15/20 mins walk from Palermo Lolli station. The immediate area can seem a little rough and ready but I got the impression from exploring Palermo that that is pretty normal. Many local people seem to live on the street and there's wonderful handmade puppet workshop 2 doors down which I believe you can arrange a tour of. A few stairs up to the apartment but fairly accessible for a central Palermo apartment and secure. The room was a good size for a studio apartment. Very clean and tidy. Lots of utensils in the kitchen if you want to cook or have food on the small balcony or garden. Good air conditioning! Bathroom is a good size for a city bathroom but the shower is a little awkward to get in and out of- not a problem for us but good to know. Lots of nice towels. Water reheats after using the shower so would recommend 5 mins between shower uses. Overall from research it seems like very good value and we had a lovely stay- would not hesitate to book again!

Bed maybe could be more comfortable but that's about it! There aren't a huge amount of power sockets.

The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and felt very secure. It had everything we needed and even more. The hosts were absolutely amazing and very welcoming. We really appreciate the fruit, wine, water and little starters waiting for us - such a lovely touch! Just perfect

The location was the only downside for us. Although the apartment is in the historic centre and within walking distance of many places, the immediate area felt quite dirty, with a lot of rubbish and unpleasant smells. The walk to the apartment could also feel a little uncomfortable at times, especially for two girls in the evening. This is, of course, not the fault of the property or the hosts, but we personally didn’t feel very comfortable with the surrounding area. We also found that getting to the 806 bus for Mondello beach took around 30–40 minutes on foot + air conditioning was leaking

This was one of the most beautiful accommodations we have ever stayed in. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. What truly made this place special, however, were the hosts. They only speak Italian, but they were so warm, kind, and welcoming that I found myself using my limited Italian throughout our stay just to chat with them. They were always available, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our visit as enjoyable and easy as possible. The apartment was very quiet, even during the afternoon, which made it perfect for resting after exploring the city. The location is excellent as well – all the main attractions, restaurants, and beautiful streets of Palermo are within walking distance. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Palermo. Thank you for making our trip even more memorable!

We had a great stay at this apartment. The hosts were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful, providing us with all the information and assistance we needed throughout our stay. The location is very convenient, right next to the market and within walking distance of the city centre, Teatro Massimo, and the Cathedral. It was a great base for exploring the city. The apartment was clean, cosy, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment was also quiet despite its central location. One of the highlights was the spacious garden that guests can use. It is full of plants and greenery and offers a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Palermo.
