Unschlagbares Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Absölut ruhige Lage. Nur 15 Gehminuten zum historischen Stadtzentrumh und 8 Minuten zum Rotermann-Quartier. Tram/Bus und Supermarkt um die Ecke. Nähe zu Park und Schloß K.atharinental.
Man sollte aber eine Fünfzimmer-WG einkalkulieren.
Raum 3 besonders zu empfehlen.

I have given this property a 10, simply because in a city like Tallinn where there is next to no affordable accommodation, this one stands out as an exception. So I want to commend it to anyone who wants to consider a value for money proposition.
This is minor, but the pillow in room 3 is disgusting. Use it for one night and see what I mean.
There was an issue with the kitchen sink being blocked. I messaged the owner, and never even got a response. Lame.

Very close to the center and good price for this.
This is an apartment converted into a dormitory, with quite a few people living in it, and the walls are quite thin and the bathrooms are also shared. Very noisy.
After check-in, you are given a rather tiny towel and your own roll of toilet paper to take to the restroom...
The light in the room didn't even work.
It's ok to stay a night or two but no more.
