The best part of the property is that it's about a three-minute walk from the Vatican. If you're interested in "old" Rome on the other side of the Tiber, this is not the best location.
It's clean, and the staff is VERY helpful. But it's not a hotel, so don't expect a clean room or fresh towels when you return in the evening -- which was our biggest frustration, given how much we paid.

Perfect location, especially for those interested in all things Vatican. Totally walkable to most other touristy spots too. Lovely view from the rooftop garden, perfect spot to relax and take it all in. Comfortable beds and quiet location. We will definitely stay there again the next time we visit Rome.

It is very close to the Vatican. Literally on the parallel street. Central to restaurants and shopping and transit. The building was getting renovations done. It’s an older building. The room we had was spacious but a bit dated. The beds were comfortable. Bathroom clean but nothing in the shower to it toiletries. Overall a decent stay.

Excellent location within walking distance to everything. The rooftop terrace was very nice. We recommend and will stay here again if we return to Rome.
