For a residence hotel, it was considered very clean. Spacious room for 6 beds room. The only con is that it is not near to train/ metro. It was quiet unlike hotel whereby there are people walking up & down the corridor, banging of doors etc. friendly staffs too.

Everyone was nice and very helpful. Thank you!

What a beautiful place to stay. Staff was very helpful, a bit of walking distance to dotonbori but surrouded by konbini everywhere. Great cafes near by and the room is beautiful. We stayed in a room of 6 and it's a great place to get together and bonding with your group. One thing though, the bed is not very comfortable to sleep on. After long day of walking and exploring, a good night sleep is a must.

I booked this property because of the availability t do laundry since it was the middle of 2 week vacation with kids. The problem was there was no dryer only a washer. I guess I was Sutton hang dry my clothes but the problem was it was raining on n off so I wasn’t able to. Location was good. Also, no one came to take our trash so it kind of piled up in the hallway
