The apartment was in a great location, stunning views, great size for a family. All amenities. Lacks towels, facecloths and pool towels.
Key arrangements not straight forward. Perhaps an email with clear details of who is letting the apartment, instructions on where to collect the key and how to proceed. Instead of vague address, login to proceed and general confusion for those who are not familiar with that technology. Nice to have clear contact and communication after a long journey with kids.

The property was great, and suited for our booking, the only issue we had were having to fix the lights ourselves and having no response from management to fix this issue leaving it to us to try and sort and fix ourselves, which wasn’t ideal and was unsafe as we were left to fix issues we shouldn’t have had to fix in the first place
