Hotel Marco Polo

I had a wonderful stay and would like to thank the entire team for their excellent hospitality. A special thanks to Hanadi or nadim (I hope I remembered the name correctly) at reception, who was extremely helpful during the check-in process and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to Cyrine, Guest Relations Manager, and Med Aziz from Guest Relations for their kindness, professionalism, and valuable recommendations on places to visit and things to do in Hammamet. They truly looked after me throughout my stay, checking in with me every day to make sure everything was perfect and that I was enjoying my holiday. Their care and attention made a real difference and were greatly appreciated. Special thanks as well to Walid and the lovely team at the pool bar for their friendly service and for making my time there so enjoyable. Overall, all the staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their dedication and positive attitude made my stay truly memorable. I look forward to returning soon with my family. Thank you again for such a fantastic experience

Rooms were clean, fresh bedding and towels every day, all staff were lovely and welcoming. Choice of an indoor and outdoor pool with also the beach with access from the hotel. Good selection of food, plenty of activities and entertainment

Lovely stay over 3 nights. Would have been nice to use the steam room without extra charge.but it’s in the spa section. Normally not s fan of large buffets, but this was really good. For the price paid and the experience we were v happy

Perfect stay, really enjoyed the Marco Polo. Can’t fault it. Nice and relaxing, with activities during the day provided by the hard working animation team and entertainment in the evening, local Tunisian acts and the Dj plus also the entertainment team. Hope to return again. Thanks
