Great food, nice view from the hostel area, clean, and nice people.

To be clear, I stayed in the Hostel portion of this hotel, and if you are not prepared for that, it could be quite a shock. The price was fantastic and they had a nice buffet breakfast available for a few Euros more. There is a restaurant/bar, and the food was very nice. Sallas is an incredibly beautiful little village, and I really enjoyed my stay there.
