When we first arrived we were skeptical because of the business and apparent commercial nature of the village. There were scads of people, including young kids on bikes milling around. Once we settled into our spacious and well-appointed property we got a more positive feel. We had been accustomed to a more bucolic scene.
However; we learned to accept the energy of the place. Witnessing the daredevil people of all ages careening down the mountain on mountain bikes and enjoying the beautiful Top Of The Mountain hike, we enjoyed our stay. The wildflowers at the top of the hike were the most gorgeous I have seen. I have been to 60 countries.

Beautiful spacious room, loved that the bedrooms were on separate sides of suite. Two couples shared the room and we loved having 2 bathrooms. Nice location in the heart of the village.

We loved the space at the Grand Residence. We had space for our family of 5 to have separate beds. Our other family members were staying in The Grand and we could all meet every night at the hot tub.

The room overall was good, however the room was a little dusty, the windows a little dirty and there were hairs in the bathtub. Alex at the front desk was very helpful.
