Centrally located in old city, 5mins from train station. Plenty restaurants. Breakfast on the roof was nice. But, beware, also on roof is a busy noisy bar, frequented by locals.
Lots of noise early in the morning from Housekeeping on rooftop.

We had a 2 night stay in Hotel Andreas before our ferry to La Gomera. A short walk to the port. We've stayed several times before, very good value, comfortable bed, air conditioning was great, a small fridge & kettle in the room too. Already booked for 2 nights in September 2027!
