The room was very clean but smelt old and oddly damp. Lots of facilities and excellent wifi. No one bothered us. Room did not feel very secure as door was old and looked like it had been kicked in before. Couldn't go out on balcony as the patio doors were a pig to shut. We didn't eat there and used the pool once which was kept very clean. The whole block is like a high rise flat and belongs to an era long gone. It's not the worse place I have ever been and I understand the whole building is being modernised it's just unfortunate we got an old room. The building does lead onto the Main Street and there is plenty to do all around. Dr Caves Beach is right across the road and there is a ATM close by too. There is a Biggs restaurant right across the street but I would not recommend it as the service was terrible and we were ripped off with service charges and automatic tips etc.
