Continental breakfast was a bonus.

It was a very easy process when we arrived , they leave an envelope on the door inside with the guests name with the keys to enter the main house and your room key. Very friendly couple whom we dealt with during our stay, very much wanting to please and make your stay comfortable. We felt very comfortable and loved our stay. Parking was easy. Breakfast was included(which was a very nice display of fruit, cheese and sliced meat, boiled eggs, toast or bagels and muffins and yogurt), 2 coffee machines a keurig and an espresso machine that does a variety.

Excellent location , 10 min walk to the waterfront . Lots of restaurants, bars and shops within a 5 min walk .
Very clean and well maintained . Good quality bedding and towels .
Very easy self check in and free parking.
The complimentary breakfast was fantastic- several types of fresh fruit and berries , bagels , muffins , cereal , eggs , deli meat and cheese .The coffee machine was great - coffee shop quality drinks every morning .
Decor is quirky and the rooms are small, but that's expected in a historic building.
The price was great and the owner accommodated our request to change dates with no hassle .
