This semi-small but high ceilinged room w/window & well located in heart of old town, was a very good value & for most part, & a prob free experience, though there was a black-out near end of stay that killed ability to use wifi in room (must remember these buildings in old town are 200 yrs old or older). All was as advertised & highly rated, incl. above avg. beds, good shower set-up, and nice additions by owner like, bottled water, coffee/tea bags, nice internal 'no smells' cleanliness. There's a window, though not what you'd wish to look from considering its an 'inside old square'. Only complaint is that the multiple steps to 'getting inside' of building & then, 2nd corridor, takes a few minutes to figure out, & being older and very tired, a nice older gal saw us 'figiting' at 2nd step/2nd wall door, took pity & helped us figure out the 2nd input of numbers, before entry to end of hall, room. Well worth the competitive cost, & located in 'old town', w/nearby eateries, shops, etc.

Great location. Excellent public transportation. No need the car.

What a hidden gem. This place is great and right in the city center. It was noisy but still quiet being in the city center. We had our windows open and being in the center courtyard noise was kept to a minimum. The hotel is centrally located in budapest, close to all the big attractions, cafes, restaurants, etc. it was quite an amazing stay. I would recommend this to anyone.
