Nice and clean apartment. The location is great, very close to Durham University.
The only con is there only 1 toilet which is not convenient for 4 people.

The apartment was clean, the couple that owned it lived in an attached apartment. They were kind and helpful. They supplied milk, bread, tea, coffee, sugar, butter, jam, good for light breakfast.
