Great place. A true home away from home. I would definitely stay there again. Amazing staff and quality breakfast.

Our second stay at the anazing Intercontinental Residences in Business Bay. Why are they so highly rated? Dubai is full of fabulous accommodation - why do they get rated so consistently high? Simple - customer service that is real, from the heart, not forced. They care and go above and beyond every single time. From housekeeping to management the standard doesn’t waver. We will be back!

This hotel really beat all my expectations and this hard to do these days.
It was great value for money, the size and the quality of the room was the biggest surprise. However, the outstanding point for this hotel was the service. Everyone went out of their way to provide that extra special experience The housekeeping really impressed me the most, alongside the waiting staff. This will be my new Dubai Hotel to visit, when working in Dubai . Give it a try yourself. You will be pleasantly surprised.
