The owner, Xenia, is so kind. She’s always there to answer questions & help us. On our departure day, we had to catch an early morning flight, so Xenia scheduled a taxi for us. George, the taxi driver, is so kind & professional. He’s one of the best driver that we ever had. Don’t hesitate to use George’s service if you’re in Chania & need a ride to the airport.
Please note that because the hotel is in the old town area, the street noise can get a bit loud at night. However I think you will have this problem with any hotels in this area

It's a room in the old city
Close to everything
As the houses have stairs don't be surprised
The small balcony are so lovely to sit in - like Paris
The woman who has the place very helpful and lovely
