Parking is secure, the staff at check-in are friendly and helpful. The pool is beautiful and it is a great location to explore the Gold Coast. The balconies on the rooms are great to sit and enjoy the beautiful views and breeze. My teenage daughter loved the spa. The only small negative, and this was not a surprise as it is in the listing, is that there are no lifts. The views make up for this. This is our second stay and we wouldnt hesitate to stay again.

My second stay at sandcastles and loved it. Room was spacious and definitely worth the money. They were also able to accommodate a early check in.
5min drive from Harbour Town
10-15 min drive to Australia Fair Mall
No lift so carrying luggage up and down can be a pain but we think of it at exercise 😂
Will definitely book again 💯

This was our 2nd stay at the building, our earlier stay being a few years ago. The unit was reasonably clean (just don’t check under the bed as the dust bunnies are thick). Biggest issue is parking. Driving a dual cab Ute, parking was a nightmare. We watched a permanent tenant trying to park his small SUV and reverse into a pole. Parking is tight and the streets are congested, so no option to park on the roadside.
