No issues at all. Breakfast fine. Water pressure strong. Has a back entrance to a convenience store on the Ground Floor. Quiet. Slept well. A/c very good. Very clean.Friendly staff.

The hotel is in a residential area. The rooms are basic but very good value for money. The place was clean and the bathroom even had a bidet seat.
The breakfast was good but had no vegetarian choices except for papaya.
The hotel is a quick taxi ride from places such as shwegadon Pagoda, downtown area, etc.
Some taxi drivers might not know the hotel but you can tell them to drop you at the bahosi hospital which is around the corner. Staff was very friendly and courteous.
