Overall a good location and stay. Close to the venue we visited in Brixton. Secure locks, 2 keys to get in the main door, so took a bit of time to enter and exit.
Mostly friendly folk around but some dodgy characters as well. No untoward events.
Payed parked on road outside property overnight with no problems with it the next day.
Key collection and drop off was away from the accommodation about a 10 minute walk. It was okay.
Beds and couch comfortable. Extra pillows and linen present. Kitchen had a lot of stuff to use. Towels to use. Quiet despite being on main road. A fan in one bedroom was helpful.
Lots of steps if on 2nd or 3rd level.
Excellent West Indian, Caribbean, African food around, as well as other usual eating establishments.
