The host was very responsive to our messages before and during our stay (and not obviously AI, which is a plus!) and let us check a bit early since the property was available, which spared us luggage storage. The location was excellent - adjacent to Seven Dials area. The room itself was adequate, but a bit spare - a light blanket for the bed and an extra pillow or two for the bed would have gone a long way. Also, people with mobility issues should be aware that one needs to traverse steep stairs in order to get to the first floor.

The 2 bedroom apartment was bigger than we had expected. It was clean and had everything we needed, including a washing machine/dryer.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and very clean. The location is excellent—very convenient with easy access to public transit. I would definitely stay here again.

Great unit and was as open and spacious as the pictures! Very clean and the bathroom and rain shower were excellent. Cookery, utensils and plates and cups were well appointed along with kitchen amenities. Highly recommend this place!
