We love this hotel
Owners at front desk make you feel like home
They talk to you guide you to the best places around
They give us ride to our train station for free and suggested a concert ticket for €17 full of Italian stars
Location is great and Mama sandwich shop around the corner is the place to go
And yes’s Air conditioner 👌
In that heat you can’t survive
This place is a jewel in that location
Will go back there for sure
Loved it

The Hotel and staff were great!
The room was modern, and clean. I had a little balcony with an awning which came in handy on one very rainy day.
I would recommend this hotel to any one that wants to be close to the Colosseum and old town
