Great location in a historic building. As long as you are prepared to deal with the quirky nature of a old stone building.

This is a really cute apartment. Its small but that's all I needed. The only issue might be the low ceilings in the upstairs shower and bedroom if you're tall. It was pretty quiet other than Saturday night when there was an event at Barrakka Gardens. Its very conveniently located near the fast ferry, bus station, restaurants and stores.

This was one of the most unique places we’ve ever stayed. It appears it was built into Valettas ancient fortifications and is all stone with Romanesque archways still visible. It’s a pretty large space and as long as you can tolerate low ceilings in the sleeping and shower areas, it truly feels like you’re in a medieval castle. Location could not be better as it’s a 2 minute walk to the Upper Barrakka Gardens and 4 minutes to central Vanetta and all the major sites. The only down side is that it was a challenge for the taxi driver to find it at night. One of a kind experience. I’d highly recommend it.
