Welcome to our charming vacation rental designed for discerning guests. With approximately 120 m² of space, it accommodates up to six people in three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, and is idyllically situated right on the picturesque Danube River. The vacation rental is located at our second property, just 150 meters from our main building. This cozy accommodation offers you the perfect retreat for a relaxing vacation surrounded by nature, yet close to cultural highlights. At the Lodermeier Guesthouse, we place great importance on hospitality. Upon request, we offer a morning bread roll service to ensure you have the perfect start to your day. Free parking is also available right next to the house. Bicycles can be securely parked. Charging stations are available for e-bikes. Our lovingly furnished vacation apartment with a balcony offers approximately 120 square meters of space for up to six people and is ideal for families, couples, or friends traveling together. The apartment features a living room with a comfortable sofa that invites you to relax and a dining area that offers space for shared meals. A flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi provide entertainment and connectivity. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your favorite meals even while on vacation. You’ll find modern appliances here, such as a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils are also provided. Each of the three bedrooms is furnished with a comfortable double bed, ensuring restful nights. The beds in the two upstairs bedrooms can be separated if needed. Another highlight is the two modern bathrooms, each with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer. Towels and bed linens are included in the price. On the day of arrival, the vacation rental is ready for check-in starting at 2:00 p.m. On the day of departure, the vacation rental is available until 10:00 a.m. Tourist tax: 1.80 EUR per adult per day. Payment is made on-site in cash or by debit/credit card. Check-in is possible from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Check-out is possible from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Security deposit of 250 EUR. Keys are handed over at Gästehaus Lodermeier, Donaustraße 68a. Pets are not allowed. A crib or rollaway bed can be provided upon request. The visitor’s tax of 1.80 EUR per person (ages 16 and up) per night will be charged additionally on site. A morning bread roll service is available upon request. The base price includes towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, parking, bicycle storage, and final cleaning.
