This is a new, clean, very tastefully decorated rental with everything that you need. The backyard has grass and has a fully enclosed fence. The master suite is huge. The beach is just a few blocks away and at a quieter end of Seaside. Walking to Seaside is doable as well. We've stayed at the coast many times and my very picky family declared this to be the best place we've stayed at so far within 5 minutes of arriving. I highly recommend staying here.

Everything went super smooth. Hosts were great and responsive. Home was exactly as described and was very clean when we arrived. Can't wait to stay here again in the future.
