COMITI FARMHOUSE

In the heart of Tuscany, less than 1 km from the center of the medieval village of Montaione, you’ll find Comiti Farmhouse.
The 7 apartments on the property overlook a charming little square; the atmosphere is that of a small country village. Until the 1960s, this was a small farm where several farming families lived.
Subsequently, after a long period of neglect, the family who owns the property carried out a careful renovation, transforming the farmhouse into one of the most welcoming places in Montaione to spend your vacation.
The style has remained typical of Tuscan farmhouses, with stone walls, wooden-beam ceilings, and terracotta floors.
The amenities provided ensure a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen with dishes and appliances, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a wood-burning fireplace, and mosquito nets; outdoors, relaxation is guaranteed by furnished terraces, a tennis court, a sun deck, and two swimming pools where you can enjoy moments of perfect tranquility.
Our guests have access to a vegetable garden where they can harvest seasonal vegetables on their own. At the reception, you can purchase our local specialties: Chianti wine and Tuscan Bianco I.G.T., sparkling wine, and extra virgin olive oil.

The house is on two levels: on the first floor, there is the living room, the kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, and one bathroom. An internal staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a double bedroom, another bedroom with two single beds, and a second bathroom. The apartment features a private outdoor area equipped for al fresco dining or simply for relaxation.
