Great location downtown with close, walkable access to the grocery store and the downtown shops and restaurants. Beautiful design and construction with rooftop deck and hot tub. The property was clean, well-maintained, and property management team was easily accessible. We will stay here again in the future! Blessings!!!

It was clean and pretty much looked and felt brand new both inside and in the beautiful courtyard. The location is great as it is close to anything in town as well as a quick drive up to the base of the mountain and many hiking trails. Communication with management was excellent from beginning to end and they made themselves available for questions anytime. The roof deck has stunning views, and the grill and hot tub were convenient and fun. The only thing I will say is that the house sleeps seven, but the sitting room is a bit small for that size of a group. We had five and there were just enough seats for us. The dining table is right there so there is a place to sit, just not the comfy living chairs. Although the dining table chairs were also surprisingly comfortable. The only other thing I would mention is that you are very close to the intersection where trucks are driving through starting pretty early in the morning so it can get kind of loud. But the convenience of the location can't be beat. We walked right across the street to the concert at the art center and walked to dinner, and coffee many days. There is an espresso machine in the apartment so you can also just make your own coffee, espresso, lattes, etc! I would definitely recommend Larkspur and am guessing that anywhere in Academy Place would be great!

We have stayed multiple times. Always great, always perfect.

It felt very fresh, clean and up to date in its vibe. The kitchens were well supplied for cooking with little extras provided like a bottle of counter spray to clean the counters, olive oil, salt and pepper, saran wrap, aluminum foil, and baggies. The location was super convenient with its location just a block from a great grocery store as well as one of the free shuttle stops. Also just a few blocks to the main drag with all the shops and restaurants. I would love to stay again.
