CozySuites at Downtown Phoenix

The apartment was exactly as described. Great location, close to many downtown attractions and food options. Everything we needed was supplied, such as plenty of towels, bedding, shampoo and conditioner, dish soap and sponge, and extra trash bags. There was even a Brita water filter in the fridge, so we didn't need to buy water. The instructions on how to get in and get to the apartment could be better. We had a hard time figuring out what code was needed for the elevator and finding where the apartment was located. Luckily, a resident let us up the elevator to the correct floor, but we ended up walking around most of the floor trying to find the apartment. Some extra instructions would have been nice. Check out was easy, no major checkout instructions like some places require. I would stay there again.

Process was simple, room was clean

Need more blankets, mattress on sofa bed horrible-too thin-felt all the metal, better instructions-per leasing office many Cozy Suite clients come in needing assistance, unit has very noisy neighbors in unit-loud voices and music- very difficult to sleep.

This isn't my first time Staying at these apart hotels . I
