It has two double bedrooms with single beds of 90 cm x 1.90 m and a balcony with a view of Ronda Universidad. The third bedroom, a suite with a double bed, has a decorative fireplace and access to a quiet inner courtyard, ideal for relaxing. It also has an adjoining room with a trundle bed for one or two people, perfect for accommodating children.

The apartment also has a 1.20 m x 1.90 m sofa bed. The two bathrooms are very spacious and complete. It is equipped with heating, air conditioning, Smart TV, internet, washing machine and dryer.

Includes bedding and towels. Ideal for accommodating families or large groups thanks to its large capacity.

This apartment has a family atmosphere, in a quiet building that does not tolerate parties and excesses, usually by young people, so we only wish for clients who fit this profile to avoid future inconveniences. There is enough supply in the city for other environments.
