When we checked in, the previous occupant of the apartment had clearly smoked in there. We called the number on the check in board as the check in was automated and nobody present. A lady arrived within 10mins and promptly changed our room which we were very grateful. The original room looked to be left unattended after with the patio doors widely open to clear the smell. Ideally someone should have checked the room before allocating to us, but the chance of room was handled swiftly without fuss.

Staff was so nice and accommodating! Beach directly across the street and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Only a short bike ride to Cap Formentor. Great place!
