Only glitch was my late checkin experience. I did call around 16:30 but unable to get through.
Had to call the after hours number(reluctantly), but the lady was super helpful anyway. She did say the staff had sent an SMS but hadn’t received one as I advised the After hours lady.
Otherwise, all communication was excellent.
