Our stay at the Berkshire was wonderful. The property is very well maintained. We enjoyed the pool and the beach. Having a very clean and ready to use barbecue grill was an added plus. The staff were prompt on the few request we had, mainly for ice. Everyday they brought fresh beach towels. It was an added bonus not to have to pay for parking. We look forward to staying there again. Thank you for the great stay.

I will keep coming back as long as it doesn’t change. I love this gem. Steps to the ocean. Clean and close to everything
