A great stay. Excellent location, close to the ferry terminal, bus station, and Komtar. Easy to reach anywhere by bus or walking. Free 3-in-1 coffee in the hostel lobby, and the rooms are very well air-conditioned. The hostel staff was friendly; I saw him cleaning facility all day. You can contact the host via WhatsApp. The host respond quickly, and even informed me about unauthorized intrusion. Highly recommended, excellent value for money.

The other guests in the room always set the air conditioning to an extremely low temperature, making the whole room feel like a freezer. They sleep all day and browse the internet on their phones. Didn't they ever go out? The bathroom drain is frequently clogged. I have to manually clear it. This problem is caused by the guests.

Safe for solo travelers, clean, and close to many cafés and stores. The Wi-Fi was stable and reliable, which was especially important for me as I work remotely. There’s also a small shared kitchen with a microwave, plates, mugs, and cutlery — basically everything you need to have a meal there. You can refill your water bottle as well, which is a small but very thoughtful touch. The kitchen is also a nice common space to meet and chat with other travelers. There’s a really international atmosphere, with people from all over the world, which I really enjoyed.

I really like that all the beds were ground level no bunk beds & it’s nice place for a stop over Ipoh for 1 or 2 nights.

The bed is comfortable, very good location! Water and Coffee are provided 24h!

Main door, room and lockers code are very annoying, all different and if you forget your phone and don’t remember your code is a big problem. Staff doesn’t speak english, toilets were always wet, very smelly and dirty..
