Kuddos to the cleaner! They did their job very well.

The food arrive a lil bit late and not sufficient for everybody. However the staff quickly count the person and reorder the food. Maybe can just arrange for more food allocation in future since you offer buffet style.

Honestly, such good value for money - spacious tent, cosy vibes, clear river, big pools, gaming room & meals all included. There are activities around the glamping site too - hiking, jungle walks, ATV rides and more. All you need to do is walk around and explore the area.

Quiet and clean. The pool was awesome. A small vicinity to spend a quiet day with the family without noises or crowd. The staff are super friendly and kind. It was raining heavily when we arrived, and our car key battery went flat. The uncle (Pakcik Abdul) who happened to see us quickly helped us sort out the luggage, check in, communication with the reception (which we drove past without knowing)... He also arranged for the staff to send the carkey for change of battery at the nearby store.

The dinner selection was limited, which was ok for adults - but as the food (Malay cuisine) was delicious but mostly spicy, there was not much for our 4-year old son. Also, change of towels (after pool) will cost Rm10. The staff were kind enough to waive it though as we haggled a little (hehe), since there was no sign that warned us about it. The address was very difficult to find (we used Waze and it led us to another facility that was about 10mins away). We switched to Google Map and finally found it (with some struggle). If possible, go with a small-ish car, as the winding roads going into the property may be difficult to navigate when vehicles are coming from the opposite directions.
