Brendon was lovely and helped me to get around in the city.
The vibes at the hostel were really chill and I felt very safe as a female solo traveller.

I had a very good time at Cozy Koala. Good people and good vibe.
Staff were great, especially Brendon.
It was very clean.Beds were comfortable. There was plenty of storage space.
Location is very good.
The only bad thing, & the reason for the relatively low rating, was the bathrooms. There are only 2 and it's not enough for the number of beds. I frequently had to queue to use them - shower and toilet are together. They are also cramped and poorly ventilated - the extractor fans didn't work very well. Plus the whole floor would get wet necessitating mops and squeegee to dry them.
