The hotel's in a great location, and the room was really spacious. It was cleaned so well that I almost slipped in my socks — barefoot is definitely safer. It's super close to the south gate of the old town, and there's a 711, hair salon, and a massage place nearby. The host was super nice, and the laundry service they offered was great too — crazy efficient, and my clothes came back smelling amazing.

I had a pleasant stay at this charming and homely guesthouse
Hosts are friendly, my room was an old Chiangmai style room with full of cozy atmosphere with a private balcony to relax
Nothing too serious to dislike this place
I would note here that there is no in-room security box or fridge here.
And the plumbing and the bathroom is Chiangmai old city standard

Il mitico frenk super disponibile e sempre pronto alle nostre richieste, ha organizzato una giornata per noi subito in pochi minuti, non avevamo la colazione ma comunque ci è riuscito ad accontentare della nostra richiesta e servizio lavanderia super.
Manca lo specchio grande in camera, c'è solo uno specchietto, glielo abbiamo detto e ha detto che ci lavorerà!

Very quiet, very clean and nice and comfortable. Franck was very helpful and accommodating.
Nothing really, perhaps just have a water fountain to fill up water bottles.
