Everything, the apartment is beautiful with comfort and appliances even beyond expectations. View and comfort of the Terrance are fantastic!
The elevator malfunctioned. I was travelling with my parents who struggled for this - things can happen - just to keep in mind if struggling with stairs

Great place, very spacious and clean. Amazing communication with the host. Fully equipped kitchen, with coffee supplies and more.
On Saturdays, the area is a bit loud but not a huge issue
