Stayed here for a music festival and it was perfect for 2 people. Very clean and very cozy. We had no hot water the first day, but communication with our host was great and got the problem resolved quickly! Would definitely recommend, and would stay again if I go back to st Pete!

We were just in town short-term and this place was perfect for us. Close to lots of great stuff in St Pete and very easy check in process after a late night flight.

The host was very communicative. The apartment itself was clean. But the location wasn’t the greatest. If you’re from out of town, you may not be comfortable here. To access the property, you must go around to the back alleyway which is regularly blocked by people and cars. And I didn't feel comfortable entering and leaving during the night. The place is very small. Overall, it served its purpose. I needed a place that was clean to sleep, that’s what I got.
