We had our annual extended family get together here, and everyone loved it! No complaints at all, just a great place for all ages to enjoy. Loved it all: Big table for card games, stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, life jackets, pond for paddling and fishing, land to explore, lakes and a river nearby for fishermen, ping pong/table games, and of course Pickleball. Lots of seating and TV for less active folks. Hosts have excellent communication, and were very kind to accommodate our last minute schedule changes. They made sure we had everything we needed. Ages 5-81 stayed and 10/10 recommend!

This was the second time our family has enjoyed this property. The property is loaded with activities for kids to float around to and be active when they want to -- also has areas for adults to relax while the kiddos play. We enjoyed the pickleball Barn rental in addition to our VRBO rental. Our family enjoyed the pond and paddle boards the most!

We booked this property for a family get together and it was perfect!

The place was awesome and very roomy, we all loved it and there was so much to do. The kids had a blast playing out at the pond and rowing around on the paddle boats, playing basketball, pool, and ping pong. It was a great place for our family. The hosts were wonderful to work with and very responsive. If available next year we will be back... Thank you again, the O'Bryan's
