BAAN APA ERAWAN Resort

As soon as we arrived, we were warmly looked after by Nan. We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage at reception, and our belongings were placed in our room once it was ready. We rented a bike from a nearby accommodation, which was very convenient for getting around. The food was delicious and was delivered directly to our room for both breakfast and dinner. The freshwater pool was perfect for cooling down after kayaking and exploring the local river. The views were absolutely spectacular, making our stay even more memorable. It was about a 25 minute scooter ride to Erawan. The scenery was beautiful. The perfect location to explore. The staff were all very kind to us. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway.

Останавливались на одну ночь, нам понравился вид из номера, сами номера тоже были комфортными и чистыми, обслуживание на высоте, расположение удобное, есть парковка, ночью тихо, можно прекрасно отдохнуть!

Завтрак подается в номер, поэтому не хватило более удобного обслуживания для такого подхода, особенно если вы хотите компанией вместе покушать в номере или на балконе.

De manager, Naan, voldeed op alle vlakken. Ze was super vriendelijk en altijd bereikbaar om op al onze vragen te beantwoorden. Als er een probleem was stuurde ze meteen een personeelslid om het op te lossen. Ook konden we op haar rekenen om op onze vertrekdag bij de watervallen te geraken, wat we heel erg appreciëren als gasten.

De wifi was het enigste dat niet goed werkte op deze accommodatie, waar we ook begrip voor tonen omdat we ons meer in de natuur bevonden. Buiten dat ene detail was alles perfect in orde !

Staff and Manager very kind and responsive. Pretty gardens and fountains, good location. The food varied from good to average. The air conditioner in our room leaked, and we were moved to another room quickly and without fuss. The manager called a technician and the next day it seemed that all The AC units were serviced.

Long printed list of "do not do" items with fines for breaking the rules, but no information about facilities etc. This gives an unpleasant feel to a stay. Rooms are quite sparse with no closets just a tiny hanging space in the corner. Some electrical wiring hanging above the door (in two rooms we used). There were a lot of ants and other bugs, but the area is next to water, jungle, and mountains so it is hard to control.
