Great location. It’s on a quiet little street but walking distance to the old town.

The staff are lovely, they went above and beyond when I had a difficult situation.

The front office staff were very polite and helpful. The location is very close to the city center and old market, although the neighborhood wasn't the best. The breakfast was decent, I enjoyed eating mashed potatoes every morning. They changed a few things each day, which was great as we stayed 5 days.

They clean the rooms only if you request it, and the result wasn't great. We noticed that the carpet was never hoovered, towels weren't always changed, and the floor remained dirty most of the days. Our main problem was also the ants around the room. We understood it was probably the hot weather, but we couldn't leave any food outside. The neighborhood was a bit creepy, but we never felt in danger. A few minutes and you are in the city center, so it was understandable.
