Το σπίτι είναι άνετο για οικογένεια, μόνο του σε μεγάλη αυλή με θέση στάθμευσης. Έχει κλιματιστικό και ανεμιστήρες που είναι επαρκές. Θα ήθελα να επιπλέον σεντόνια γιατί η κουβέρτες το καλοκαίρι είναι δύσχρηστες. Όπως τα περισσότερα καταλύματα η κρεμαστές για τις πετσέτες είναι σε λάθος σημείο ή δεν υπάρχουν, ειδικά για πετσέτα χεριών. Η κουζίνα έχει τα πάντα αλλά κάποια σκεύη είναι ταλαιπωρημένα από χρήση και πρέπει να αντικατασταθούν. Παρά πολύ κοντά στην παραλία και σε όλα τα μαγαζιά της περιοχής.

Αφού έκανα την κράτηση, χωρίς δυνατότητα δωρεάν ακύρωσης και μετά από 4 μέρες ενημερώθηκα με μήνυμα ότι πρέπει να πληρώσω επιπλέον 8 ευρώ την ημέρα για φόρο. Δεν αμφισβητώ τον φόρο αλλά δεν ενημερώθηκα ότι αυτός δεν περιλαμβάνεται στο συνολικό ποσό όπως κάνουν οι περισσότεροι ή τουλάχιστον να αναφέρεται ρητά ότι δεν περιλαμβάνεται. Κατά την διάρκεια της διαμονής επικοινώνησα με την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, η οποία είναι απαράδεκτη και αργεί να απαντήσει ή δεν απαντάει καθόλου. Εν τέλει και αφού τελείωσε η διαμονή, με πρωτοβουλία του ιδιοκτήτη μου επιστράφηκε το ποσό αυτό. Πρέπει να αναφέρεται ρητά οποιοδήποτε επιπλέον κόστος υπάρχει.

The location is great for enjoying Issos beach on foot. You can have a great time there, relaxing by just walking to the beach, supermarket, and restaurants. It is very quiet. It is nice to have a backyard. You can have meals outside or just relax on the sunbed. We really appreciated the villa having a sunshade for us to take to the beach. The owners left several things there, such as fresh drinks and cookies. The kitchen also had basic supplies for cooking, for using the washing machine and for taking baths. It is a perfect location for a few days or even for staying for complete weeks.

The villa would benefit from some updates, namely in the bathroom (the drainage system for the bathtub). There could be air conditioning in the bedrooms as well. We suggest taking the garbage out frequently, as ants appear easily around the container - at least it happened when we were there in August, with very high temperatures.

The pictures don’t do this justice, it was such a great find. Set up with everything you need, all the little bits in the kitchen made life easier! The beds were so comfortable, gorgeous soft bedding and soft pillows. Didn’t want to get up in a morning! Lovely and clean, washing machine was a great bonus. Just the perfect little place to stay. Stopped with three teens and they all approved. 4 sunbeds and a great sized table outside too.

Great location, the house is close to shops, restaurants and a beach. There's everything you need in the house for a home from home stay.

We enjoyed sitting out in the evenings, just make sure you have mosquito repellent (depending on the time of the year) also lots of wasps and hornets around when we stayed.
