It was very good value given a last minute booking for Wembley night (£70 for twin room). The bedroom had everything you’d need, wardrobe, kettle, a fan, heater, some free water bottles and biscuits, and a good shower. Staff were friendly and once checked-in you can come and go whenever you like.
Parking is very expensive - £10 per night on non-event day and £30 per night on event day. £30 seems a lot considering we’re staying there and the car park was empty! The check-in time date also limited and early check-in / late check-out was expensive. We were also in a rear facing room, but I imagine the forward facing rooms have quite a bit of road noise.

Great location to attend concert in Wembley Stadium. Staff member was pleasant and helpful.
Not the cleanest and in need of some repair works. Room we stayed in had tiles coming off in the shower

The staff were lovely and made us feel really welcome
The pillows, they were very flat and no spares (I’m sure of we’d realised when staff on duty they would have given us some more!)

This hotel actually has some positive qualities. Walking distance to Wembley stadium, good transport links, free parking, clean and spacious rooms, but it is run by incompetent, unfriendly people. Even though I have repeatedly asked for an invoice from them via Whatsapp (the only way to contact them) and through Booking.com, I'm yet to receive it.
The staff. The most miserable bunch of people I've ever had the misfortune of meeting in my life. These people should never be around service oriented business.
