Great view of the Acropolis, excellent location, great staff, comfortable rooms.

location is very good. it is very clean, and the personel is helpful too

too much noice, you cant sleep very well because there is noise outside. ( either random people singing or playing music, or just random noice )

Room looks like it has been newly renovated. Very clean, lots of cupboard space. Kindly let us checkout late at 13:00 which was very helpful given we didn’t sleep due to the construction.

I usually find people over exaggerate about noise so I went in thinking it wouldn’t be too bad, but I’ve never been in such a noisy hotel. The windows, though brand new, are not sound proof. You really cannot tell the difference between windows open/closed. Ermou is a busy street even up until 4am, with live music and people - you hear it all. There was also construction across the road which was unbearable. We mentioned the noise and they mentioned it’s a busy part of the city - sure, I also live in Zurich but even my 20 year old windows block the road, music and construction noise out. On top of that, you can hear the housekeeping in the morning - both vacuuming and talking.
