View, location, availability of parking outside
Noise coming from renovation of apt in front (same floor) during the day. Neighbor disturbance during the night which was awful/annoying for 2 nights.

It was amazing stay in apartments, with all needed facilities here. Also, it's so close to the beach(like 2min walk) with great territory inside the building and incredible view from the balcony, where you have mountains on the left and ocean on the right.
It's very quiet here, but within 15min walk - dozens of bars and clubs. Nearest beach is clean with great sandy entrance to the water. And several other beaches are close to the apartments.
Host was very kind to provide another set of bedclothes within an hour from my request.
Highly recommend!
All was too good!

Nichts alles perfekt
