When I checked in there was a issue with one of the four rooms I booked. The front desk lady was able to correct the issue with some trouble on her part, which pleased me immensely with her effort.
The other issue was the waffle maker. All five days I could not get it to cook all four sections. One or two sections were only half the height. Tried doing different things per a couple other guests to no avail. It did not like me.

The staff was very helpful. My son and I needed to stay there for a couple of days and we had a few challenging moments due to his illness. The staff was kind and helpful.

The room was not very clean. The bed/ bedding seemed to be the only thing that was clean in the room. Floor was dirty and sticky in spots, the bathroom ceiling had mold and dust around the vent fan and the vent fan was so loud too.
