Our vacation rental, which was redesigned and renovated in May 2020, is located on the first floor of a 4-unit apartment building. With a size of 75 m², it is ideal for up to 4 adults and 1 toddler. The apartment features a separate entrance and two separate bedrooms (1 comfortable double bed and 2 single beds, expandable to 3 single beds). All windows can be darkened with roller shutters. The renovated bathroom features a large shower, a bathtub, and its own washing machine. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto an open-concept living and dining area with comfortable seating and satellite TV. The living area leads out to the large sun terrace. The Salzhaff and the Baltic Sea are only 200 m away. The apartment has its own carport parking space. The entire vacation rental is equipped with underfloor heating. A modern wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere even on rainy days or during the Christmas holidays. Please understand that pets are not allowed in our apartment. The linens package per person includes: bed linens, 1 shower towel, and 2 hand towels. We refurbished our master bedroom in March 2021. In the summer of 2021, we updated the terrace with modern seating and new plants.
