There are bars, restaurants, shops, beach, golf club, children’s play park and mini golf. Being in the main village on Arran means The Willows is an ideal base for exploring the island. Beach 1 mile. A nice bungalow on Arran. We only used it as a base for wildlife watching and as such we eat all our meals elsewhere. A few things need updating such as taps on the sinks need to be changed to mixer taps. The tap in the kitchen needs to be a tall tap that you can get the kettle under without having to lift out the washing basin. The garden really needs a simple but secure fence and the external lights need changing as they do not work. We will use it again.
