Great location and cute place!

We were disappointed that the unit needed painting and updating particularly, the bathroom and closet space, which is truly unacceptable for a place that you charge what you do. Some of the furniture needed tightening. The floors were not clean and access to the pool area from the apartment was blocked with caution tape around the spiral staircase. As owners of VRBO rentals ourselves, We are aware of the need for systematic upgrade due to wear and tear. The outside of the unit looks great and the location is perfect.
