We really enjoyed our stay. This beach house is beautifully decorated and well appointed. The backyard is amazing! My family/pets enjoyed the backyard pool with ample areas to relax. Janessa is a great host and very responsive when needed. We’ll definitely stay again!

The house was great and the location is amazing. We had 6 adults, a baby and 2 dogs. The house was very clean upon arrival. The backyard, firepit and pool area was the most used by our family. The fenced backyard is perfect if you bring dogs. Our daughter used the onsite pack n play. It was very nice not to have to travel with one.There were two minor things that might be useful to others. One, the highchair provided did not appear to have been cleaned from previous uses. We had to scrub the pad/fabric before grandbaby could use it. I also cleaned it again before we left, but it could use a good scrub or a run through the washer. The other struggle was food storage. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, but finding room for groceries upon arrival was a challenge. There is a "pantry", but the shelves weren't accessible inside. We were able to use the wire shelves on the back of the door and also used the laundry room. This was minor and we made it work, but again, it could be useful information to others. We'd definitely stay again. It was an amazing 10 days of rest and relaxation with family!

The pool and outside area was amazing! My family of 7 had a wonderful week. Definitely coming back to this house again.

Good location. Good bedrooms and well stocked kitchen were the positives. Unfortunately the lack of seating in living room, worn & stained sofa, very dim lighting throughout made it challenging for our family. I could barely see to cook, read in any of the rooms. I would suggest adding additional comfortable seating (the bench was not comfortable to watch a movie). Also there were very few overhead lights and the bulbs were amber colored and dim. We paid extra money for 4 days use of the pool heater but heated water only came on 2 days. Also the pool cleaning tool was so small that the pine needles would not go into the net to clean the surface of the pool.
